Adrasis™

Tours, transfers & flights

Tours, transfers and flights

Alongside accommodation, Adrasis carries transfers (point-to-point ground transport), tours (guided activities and excursions), and flights. Sell flights from contracted seat blocks or search a connected flight supplier from the Console. For example, combine an Istanbul to London flight, an airport transfer and a hotel stay in one trip.

The supply determines the booking steps. Transfers, tours and charter seat blocks use the contracts you maintain. A connected supplier's flight uses its current offers and a separate choice to hold or issue tickets.

What contracted products share with accommodation

  • Contracts back them. Sell price, cost, currency, validity and cancellation policy live on a contract, exactly as for a room.
  • Children price by age. Transfers and tours use age brackets the same way rooms do. Flights are the exception, they price by passenger type.
  • Search, prebook, book. Prebook checks the selected offer again. Booking confirms the sale and uses the available inventory.
  • Cancellation quotes. Every product returns a refund-and-penalty quote before a cancel.

What is different

  • They price by route, departure or seat, not room-night. A transfer prices by route and direction; a tour by departure option; a flight by passenger type.
  • Capacity follows the product. Tours and charter flights draw from contracted seat pools. Transfers check vehicle capacity and a booking cut-off. Connected flight suppliers return their current availability.
