Your online shop lets guests search and book your products under your brand. It is the customer-facing shop, available as a website and iOS or Android app according to your agreement. Your team manages supply, prices and bookings in Adrasis Console. For example, a family can compare rooms at Hotel Sunrise while your team follows the resulting booking in Console.
This guide describes shopping, checkout and booking management in the web shop. Payment methods and connected supply depend on your organization's setup.
Manage your shop in Console
Open Storefront and select the shop you want to manage. Check the selected shop before saving, especially when your organization has more than one. Property operators reach their shop from the property's settings.
| Page | What you manage |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your shops: every shop with its state, such as Live, Paused or No address, what it sells and who can book on it. Choose a shop to manage it and see its address and a summary of its setup and content. |
| Languages & currencies | Offered languages and currencies, with one default for each. |
| Brand & theme | The name, logo and typeface shown to guests, and the name of the shop's AI assistant. |
| Menu | Navigation links in each offered language. |
| Media library | Images used in shop content. |
| Pages and Articles | Page sections, travel articles and their language versions. |
| Events | Evening events at your hotels, such as a concert or a gala dinner, with their posters. |
| Customers | Shop members and guest reviews. |
| Shop settings | Sales rules, the products the shop sells, measurement accounts, map settings, checkout documents and the trust bar. |
Your permissions determine which settings you can change. For a property-operated shop, the platform manages the settings shown under Shop settings.
Languages and currencies
Choose the languages and currencies guests can select, and set a default for each. For example, a shop can open in Turkish with TRY prices and offer English and EUR as separate choices. Keep one form of each language, such as English or British English, rather than both.
On the web, a link to a language version opens that language. Otherwise, the shop uses the guest's previous choice, or the shop's default on a first visit. The browser's language does not choose the shop language. The currency follows the guest's choice or the shop's default. With only one available choice, the shop hides that selector.
Translate menus, pages and articles separately. If a published version is missing in the chosen language, the shop shows the default-language content while keeping buttons and controls in the chosen language. For example, an untranslated Turkish article can appear alongside English navigation. Adding a language does not translate your content.
Sales rules
Shop settings > Sales rules decides what a shop sells and who can book on it, for example a shop that sells only your Antalya properties to German nationals.
- Region sold: All regions, or one of your destinations from Markets. The shop shows only the properties in that region.
- Who can book: Everyone, or one of your source markets from Markets. The property page then says which nationalities the shop takes bookings for, and the guest picks and confirms a nationality from that list at checkout.
Choose Manage markets to add a destination or source market first. See Markets.
Products the shop sells
Shop settings > Products decides what the shop sells beside its stays. Tick each product, and choose the one selected when the home page opens. Every ticked product gets its entry in the shop's menu, its own search and its pages. For example, Blue Coast Tours can sell its Bodrum hotels, its day tours and airport transfers on one shop.
| Product | What the guest books |
|---|---|
| Stays | Hotels and their rooms. |
| Flights | Seats on your charter flights. See Flights. |
| Tours | Day tours and activities from your tour contracts. See Tours. |
| Transfers | Airport transfers, on their own or added to a stay. A hotel is offered transfers only once it has a transfer area. See Transfers. |
| Flight + Hotel | A holiday: a hotel with its flights, and transfers or tours if the guest adds them, paid as one package. It needs both Stays and Flights, and your package travel profile with its information form. See Packages. |
When the shop sells flights, Flight search opens on lists the airports your flights land at. Choose one and the shop's flight search opens with it as the destination, so the guest only chooses where they fly from; leave Guest chooses and both airports start empty. For example, Blue Coast Tours flies guests to Bodrum and Dalaman and opens its flight search on Bodrum.
When the shop sells transfers, a stay's checkout offers the guest an airport transfer to the hotel. The stay and the transfer become one booking with one total; this is not a package. A flight, a tour or a transfer booked on its own is one booking too. When a booking holds several services, the guest can cancel one of them and keep the others.
Home and destination pages
Your shop can present destinations, selected properties and travel articles before a guest starts a search. For example, an Aegean region page can introduce its destinations and link to their pages. The shop menu connects these pages with search and booking.
Review the photos, descriptions and language of each page before publishing it. Property cards may show an indicative price for a stated stay. The guest's chosen dates and party determine the current offer; a price shown on a destination page does not reserve a room.
Events at your hotels
Every shop that sells a hotel shows the evening events you add for it: on the home page under the regions, on an Events page with a month and day filter, on the hotel's page after its rooms, and as a short line on a search result whose stay covers the event's night. For example, Hotel Sunrise adds Jazz Night with Deniz Kara Trio on a Saturday in June, and a guest who chooses Stay for this event sees the hotel's rooms from that night for two nights.
-
Add the event
Open Storefront, then Events, and choose New event. Pick the hotel, enter the name in each offered language (the default language is required), the performer if there is one, the night and, when the hotel has announced it, the start time on the hotel's clock. Without a start time the shops show only the night, for example Thu 31 Dec.
-
Upload the poster
Choose an upright PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 2 MB. Guests can open it full size. The shop reads the event's name and night from the fields, not from the image.
-
Say whether it comes with the stay
Turn on Included in the stay when hotel guests attend at no extra charge. The shop then marks the event as included.
To move an event, change its night. If an event will not take place, edit it and turn on Cancelled: the shops keep it until that night marked Cancelled, and it opens nothing. Delete removes it from every shop at once.
A night that has already passed cannot be entered, and a past event leaves the shops the day after it.
What the guest reviews
| Step | What appears |
|---|---|
| Search | Dates, adults and each child's age, with available properties and prices for the stay. |
| Property | Images, amenities, location, guest age rules, check-in information and any property notes or tourism licence number. |
| Room selection | The best offer for the whole party, followed by available room and rate-plan choices for each requested room. |
| Checkout | The reviewed total, guests for each room, contact details, cancellation terms and the payment method required for that booking. |
Each room choice shows its own price and terms. A displayed total for several rooms covers that whole combination; it is not the price of one room. Pay-at-property rooms and prepaid rooms cannot share one booking; book them separately.
Browse properties and compare offers
The web shop can show destination pages before the guest enters dates. Guests can browse their property lists, then enter dates and party details to check current prices and availability.
Search and property pages show the details available for the offer: property and room photos, grouped amenities, location, local check-in and check-out times, and important property information. A gallery opens the remaining photos. Filters help guests narrow the list to the properties and terms they need.
An offer can show its price before a promotion, the saving, member prices and an estimated points award where the shop offers them. For example, a stay reduced from 500 EUR to 450 EUR shows a 50 EUR saving. An estimate of points is not an award already credited to the guest.
Before the first page with prices, the shop can show a brief security check in its own colours that confirms the visitor is a person. Most visitors pass it without a click.
On a narrow screen, quick filters can show free cancellation, breakfast and a guest score of 9 or more when matching results are available. Open Filters for the full set. A guest score can carry a label such as Wonderful beside 9.2 out of 10; it is separate from the property's star rating.
On the property page, the section links stay visible as the guest reads. They lead to the available overview, description, rooms and location. Where rooms have different bed counts, guests can narrow the room list by beds. A room already selected stays visible even if it does not match that filter. The selection summary shows each chosen room's price and terms, with the total kept visible at the bottom.
Each room card shows the available bed types and counts, its capacity and its size where recorded. Guests choose the meal plan and cancellation terms from the options on that card. Shared terms appear once. The information button opens the selected option's full cancellation conditions, including deadlines in the property's local time.
For example, a guest can choose breakfast and free cancellation for a double room, then review the updated total before selecting its quantity. Changing one choice can change the other when that combination is unavailable. The card shows an average nightly price alongside the total for the stay. Any tax or fee paid separately at the property is shown separately from that total.
The payment choice applies to the whole basket. Guests can switch between paying online and at the property only when every selected room offers both on the same meal and cancellation terms. Review the updated quote after switching.
Save and compare properties
Recent searches on the home page lets guests reopen up to five searches from the same browser without signing in. A card shows the destination, the party, future stay dates and a property photo when available. Opening it checks current prices again. If the stay dates have passed, the destination and party are kept and the guest chooses new dates. Guests can clear this list; it is separate from their saved properties.
Guests can save properties from the heart button and organize them in named lists under Saved stays. Saving requires signing in. A saved property does not reserve a room or fix a price.
Guests can compare two to four search results side by side and share a property's link. The comparison shows the offers from that search; opening a property checks its current offers again.
Choose rooms and book
-
Search with the real party
Enter the dates, adults and each child's age. A property's age rules decide whether it can host and price that party. Refine the results by the available filters and open a property to review its rooms.
-
Review the recommendation or choose rooms
The best offer covers the whole party. Guests can instead select room quantities from the room lists and review the basket total. Each selected room keeps its own meal plan and cancellation terms. For example, a refundable double room and a non-refundable family room do not share one cancellation rule.
-
Review the current total
Changing a room quantity requires a new basket quote. If the amount changes, the guest reviews and accepts the updated amount before proceeding. Choosing rooms or reviewing a quote does not reserve inventory; availability is checked again when checkout starts.
Changing the shop's language or display currency keeps the selected rooms. Prices and availability are checked again, so keeping the selection does not guarantee the previous total.
-
Complete the booking
Enter the contact details and guests for each room, review the terms, and follow the payment or email-verification steps shown. A multi-room basket becomes one booking with the selected rooms. The booking detail and voucher retain each room's cancellation terms.
The checkout counts down the time its price is held. Once that time runs out, the checkout says so and links back to the property's current prices.
Hotels from connected suppliers
The shop can suggest destinations covered by your connected suppliers. A destination suggestion does not promise a room for the selected dates. While a supplier search is still running, the list updates as more hotels arrive; an initially empty list is not yet a final no-availability result.
Opening one of these hotels shows its catalog photos and information alongside the offers from the current search. The guest selects one offer as presented. It may cover several rooms, but separate supplier offers are not combined into a basket. The room-quantity steps above apply to properties you sell as managed supply.
If the search has expired or the guest opens the hotel without a current search, the page asks for a new search before showing bookable prices. If no supplier answered in time, the page says that the hotel's prices could not be fetched right now and asks the guest to try again in a moment. Supplier names remain hidden from guests.
AI Mode
AI Mode lets a guest describe a stay in one sentence and book it in a conversation, on the web shop and in the iOS and Android apps. For example, a guest writes "Antalya from 31 October for 2 nights, close to the sea, good for children" and gets the search as understood, a few stays from your shop's results with their prices, and a way on to the rooms and checkout.
-
Name the assistant in Console
Open Brand & theme and find the AI assistant card. Turn on Offer in the shop and, for each language, write the Name (up to 16 characters, such as Wiki), the Button text (up to 24, such as Ask Wiki) and a Short introduction (up to 60). Translate from English with AI, which names your shop's default language, drafts the other languages for you to review and save. Preview in the shop shows the result.
-
The guest asks
The assistant appears in the shop menu, as a tab over the home search box and above the search results. A sentence opens the conversation. The answer shows the search as understood: what the sentence left out takes the classic search's defaults and is marked default, and wishes such as close to the sea are read but not used as filters.
-
The guest books in the conversation
Up to five picks come from the shop's own results, at the same prices the classic search shows. A pick opens the hotel's rooms beside the conversation, and Select opens the shop's checkout there. The guest can write guest details in plain text to fill the form, and the booking completes only on the guest's word or the form's button.
Prices, rules and payment stay the shop's. A card number typed into the conversation is not sent; the card is entered only on the payment step. The spark mark and the note that the assistant is an AI and can make mistakes show in every shop and cannot be turned off. When a guest has used the day's questions, the conversation hands over to the classic search with the search filled in.
The shop shows AI Mode only when your Organization has an AI plan. Its conversations count toward the same AI usage as the AI Operator. Conversations are kept only on the guest's device.
Promotion code at checkout
The guest enters one promotion code at checkout and reviews the updated total before paying. The code is checked for the selected property, dates and guests. An unknown, expired or inapplicable code shows a reason. Removing a code recalculates the total.
Code discounts do not appear in search prices and do not apply to connected suppliers' offers. A code follows the property's rules for combining promotions, so it does not necessarily add another discount to an already discounted offer. See Promotions and discounts.
Documents before payment
Open the web shop under Storefront, choose Shop settings, then Checkout documents. Add each document's title and content in the shop's default language, with translations as needed. Choose whether the guest must accept it with a checkbox or only read its full text. A stay-terms document shows the selected stay's cancellation and meal-plan terms.
If the shop has published terms and privacy pages, Start from my pages prepares a draft for review. It takes effect only after you save it. Review the wording for your business before saving.
Changing a document's text gives it a new version. The guest's acceptance identifies the version they saw. A required document must be accepted before payment; if it changed during checkout, the guest reviews the current version. A shop with no saved documents asks for no document acceptance.
Licences and the trust bar
Your Organization records its licences and memberships once, and every shop states them at the bottom of each page. For example, Mavi Kıyı Turizm records its TÜRSAB number and its ETBİS registration, and its web shop shows both in the footer and the TÜRSAB number with a phone number in a thin bar above the header.
-
Record a licence
Open the organization switcher, choose Organization settings, then Licences and memberships in the side rail. Choose Add licence, pick the registry and enter the number as it reads on your certificate. The holder defaults to the company title of your billing details. A licence with a Valid until date stops showing on every shop after that day and stays on the list marked Expired.
-
Add the registry's logo or QR code
Choose Add logo on the licence row to upload the image the registry gave you, such as the ATOL logo or the ETBİS QR code, as PNG, JPEG or WebP. Shops draw it beside the number in the trust bar and, with its number and the link to the registry, at the foot of every page.
-
Choose what the bar shows
Open the shop under Storefront, choose Shop settings, then Trust bar. Tick up to six current licences, order them with the arrows, and add a phone and a WhatsApp number if you wish. The preview shows the bar before you save. A shop with nothing chosen shows no bar.
| Registry | Number |
|---|---|
| TÜRSAB | The certificate number, letters and digits. |
| ETBİS | Optional; the verification link from your QR code is required. |
| ATOL | 3 to 6 digits. |
| ABTA | Letters and digits, such as P7154. |
| ICO | Starts with Z, such as ZB759713. |
| IATA | 7 or 8 digits. |
| Tourism licence | As the issuing country writes it; you also choose the country. |
A number with the registry's name in it is refused. Enter 12345, not TÜRSAB-12345: the shop adds the registry's name itself in the guest's language. A verification link must start with https.
The footer line lists every current licence with its holder, whatever the bar shows, and the iOS and Android apps show the same line on the account tab. Removing a licence takes it off every shop at once.
Nationality and regional prices
A visitor sees the prices for the country they are visiting from, so a region campaign or a rate plan for a source market applies to them. At checkout the nationality field starts on that country, with a note asking the guest to choose the nationality on their ID, because offers and stay conditions follow it.
- Another nationality: a dialog says the regional settings will be updated, then takes the guest back to the property page with offers for the new nationality. The room selection starts over, so the guest never pays a price they did not see.
- Türkiye: the guest also gives the Turkish identity number, which is checked before the booking. Console shows it on the booking masked to its last two digits.
- Members: a signed-in member states a nationality on the shop account and sees prices for it.
A visitor whose browser reads Turkish while visiting from another country sees an invitation to set the region to Türkiye when the shop has offers for it.
Invoice details
On the contact step the guest can open I want invoice details and choose who the invoice is for. An individual gives a name, a country and, if they wish, a Turkish identity number or a passport number with the country that issued it and its expiry date. A company gives its title, tax number, tax office and address. The shop checks the numbers before the booking is placed: a mistyped identity or tax number is pointed out on the field.
The booking detail in Console shows these details under Invoice details, with the numbers in full and a copy button, so your team can issue the invoice in its accounting program. A booking whose guest gave no details shows Invoice to the contact. The details are fixed once the booking is placed.
Pay at the property or pay online
For an eligible pay-at-property booking, the web shop shows the amount due at the property. In the flow that requires no card, the guest verifies their contact email with a code before completing the booking. A signed-in member whose verified email matches the contact email skips that code. Sending the code alone does not book the stay.
For an online payment, the guest pays on the card step shown: the shop's own card page, which sends the card straight to your bank, or your payment company's page. Either way the guest completes the 3-D Secure check, and the iOS and Android apps open the same step. Returning from that page is not proof that the booking is confirmed; read the resulting booking status.
On a pay-at-property rate that asks for a card guarantee, the checkout tells the guest that nothing is charged now and which cancellation or no-show fee the property may charge. The guest enters the card on the card step, in your card vault's form, and the booking is placed only once the card vault holds the card. The confirmation repeats that nothing was paid. See Card guarantee.
A guest who received a payment link from your team opens it on the shop. The page shows the request from your Organization, the property, the stay, the amount and the time until which the guest can pay. See Card payments and payment links. A card guarantee link opens the same card step and charges nothing.
A request awaiting property approval is not a confirmed stay. The result says that the request was sent and shows its reference. Your team follows the property's answer from the booking record. Do not describe an amount due at the property as already paid.
Find and cancel a booking
A signed-in member opens a booking from their account. A guest without an account uses Find my booking, enters the booking number and PIN, then verifies the code sent to the booking's email address before managing it.
When the booking offers cancellation, the guest opens the cancellation quote. It shows the cancellation charge, expected refund and any amount still owed. For example, a fully paid 500 EUR stay with a 100 EUR cancellation charge shows a 400 EUR refund. The guest confirms after reviewing these amounts.
A non-refundable booking carries its full cancellation charge from booking. The date shown is not a free-cancellation deadline before arrival. The quote follows the booking's saved terms; see Cancellation charge and refund.
If the quote expires or the charge changes, the guest requests a fresh quote and reviews it again. After confirming, the result distinguishes a completed cancellation from a request awaiting an answer. Follow the refund status separately; a cancellation confirmation does not mean the refund has reached the guest's account.
When the guest cancels a booking paid by card on the shop, Console returns the refund the cancellation leaves to that card by itself, through the payment account that took the payment. The booking's Timeline tab shows when the refund started and when it completed. If the bank refuses it, your team gets an incident to resolve. A signed-in member sees cancelled stays in their account too.
After the stay, the booking invites the guest to review it. See Guest reviews.
