Access determines which products you open to a sub-agency. For example, you can select three properties individually or activate the Bodrum destination. The scope selected when creating the sub-agency determines how property selections apply.
Three scope modes
Open Distribution > Sales Network > the sub-agency > Access. Use the illustrated guide to include several properties or open a destination together.
A sub-agency runs in one of three scopes. In the default Market-curated scope, access stays closed until you activate a destination or include a property.
| Mode | What the sub-agency sees |
|---|---|
| All catalog | Your entire catalog, minus anything you explicitly exclude. Use for a fully trusted sub-agency. |
| Market-curated (default) | Everything in the destinations you activate, minus excludes, plus any out-of-market products you include. |
| Explicit | Only the products you add by hand. Nothing is visible until you include it. |
Open a group of properties by destination
In the default mode, you open products by geography and then trim.
-
Activate destinations
Activate the destinations the sub-agency may sell: Georgia, Türkiye. The sub-agency immediately sees every product whose location falls under an activated destination.
-
Exclude what should stay out
Remove individual properties or rate plans from the opened set, a property you keep direct-only, for example.
-
Include anything out of market
Add a specific product that sits outside the activated destinations but should still be sellable to this sub-agency.
Default-open within an activated destination. Once you activate Georgia, the sub-agency sees all your Georgia products, so you do not list them one by one. You only name the exceptions.
Properties outside the destination scope
In Market-curated scope, properties outside activated destinations stay closed unless explicitly included. Explicit scope opens only included properties; in All catalog scope, selecting destinations does not narrow access. These settings control a sub-agency's property access. To restrict the sale countries of a rate, separately edit the rate plan's source markets.
Charter flights and tours
A sub-agency sells your charter flights and tours inside a package only. They follow the same scope:
- Tours open with the scope: every tour in All catalog, the tours of an activated destination in Market-curated. You can also pick tours by name under Tours on the same tab, the only way to open one in Explicit scope.
- Charter flights open leg by leg under Charter flights on the same tab. An outbound and a return flight are two legs, FB 301, IST - BJV and FB 302, BJV - IST. In Market-curated scope, activating the destination at the holiday end of the route also opens both legs, Bodrum in this example. In All catalog every leg is open.
See Selling as a sub-agency for what the sub-agency does with them.
Organization access profiles
The scope modes above control what a sub-agency sees of your catalog. A separate, organization-level control, the access profile, decides which sections of the Console an organization sees at all.
A organization on the LITE access profile gets only the essentials:
- the dashboard,
- their bookings,
- the sub-agency sales side: what they can sell as a sub-agency,
- setup,
- and user management within their own organization.
Everything else, catalog, pricing, contracts, insights, financials, mapping, connectors and Adrasis AI Operator, stays closed. A LITE organization suits an early-stage relationship: enough to transact and onboard, nothing more. When the full commercial relationship is in place, switching the organization to the full profile is a single deliberate change, never triggered automatically by a payment or a signup.
Closed means closed. A LITE organization cannot reach a closed section by typing its address. Access is enforced on every request, not just hidden from the menu.
