Adrasis AI Operator works through tools, the operations it can do for you. This page explains what a tool is and what falls inside (and outside) the catalog.
You do not pick tools. You describe what you want; the AI Operator picks the tool that matches your intent. If your intent does not match any tool, the AI Operator says so before anything moves.
What a tool is
A tool is one operation the AI Operator can perform. Each tool has:
- A name that says what it does, apply promotion, list properties, update rate plan, find places nearby.
- An input, what the AI Operator needs from you. The AI Operator extracts these from your request, or asks for what is missing.
- An output, for read tools, the answer; for write tools, the preview, then on confirmation, the result.
- A confirmation level, read tools run immediately; write tools always go through approval.
- A link to the right Console page, the AI Operator deep-links you to the relevant screen when it makes sense.
Confirmation levels
Each tool is either a read or a write. The platform decides which, not the AI Operator, and every write goes through the same approval step.
| Tool kind | What you do |
|---|---|
| Read, list, search, view, summarise | Nothing. The AI Operator answers right away. |
| Write, create, update or delete a record, rate or inventory cells, bulk edits, payment configuration, contract status | Approve the preview: Confirm on the card in the Console, or the approve option on a messaging channel. For bulk changes the preview shows the full impact. |
See Confirm-before-apply for the full pattern.
What you can ask the AI Operator
The catalog covers day-to-day operator work. Read coverage is broad across every domain, and write tools exist wherever an operation carries a confirmation preview.
Properties and rooms
Read · Write
- List properties, find by location or attribute, open one.
- Create a new property, update an existing one, restore a removed one.
- List rooms in a property, open a room, create / update / remove a room.

Rates, inventory and promotions
Read · Write
- List rate plans, open one, update, apply a rate change.
- Read inventory, update inventory, apply stop-sale (close a room, a rate plan, or one room under one rate plan to new bookings for given dates), apply restrictions (min stay, day-of-week, advance purchase) to a rate plan or to one room of it.
- Write inventory and restrictions for a period and the weekdays it covers, for example 5 rooms on sale every Friday and Saturday from 1 to 31 May.
- Correct a rate plan's terms after you approve the preview: its price entry, commercial model or commission, for example after the rest of a supplier's price list is read.
- Set the rooms a rate plan is sold in, and set a child price or an extra-adult amount for one room of a rate plan. The preview names the room and shows what ends if a room leaves a plan.
- Create a rate plan with its price entry, and set the price entry that new plans of a property start with. Apply a price change that follows the plan's price entry, for chosen weekdays and for a length of stay. The preview lists every adult count that will be written, with the ratio behind each filled count and the counts left without a price.
- List, add, change or delete the ratios that fill adult counts when a price is typed. A ratio changes no saved price; the AI Operator offers to apply it to the nights you name, with the same preview.
- Read and set a contract's allotment, the room count a rate plan holds of its own on a night.
- Choose the promotions a new rate plan joins; the AI Operator asks before it prepares the plan.
- Apply a promotion, draft a discount, and choose which night a multi-night promotion makes free: the night it names or the cheapest one.
On a property a channel manager supplies, prices, inventory and restrictions come from the channel, and the AI Operator does not change them.

Distribution and channels
Read · Write
- List available channels, list per-property channel bindings, list connector credentials.
- Prepare a connection between a property and a channel for approval. A saved connection does not prove that prices reached the channel.
- Change a connected channel's property, room and rate codes after you approve the card.
- Prepare a distribution rule or a sub-agency rule with a fixed amount charged per room or per person, with its child amount.

Markets and sub-agency access
Read · Write
- Create source markets, copy country-group templates and edit their members.
- Open a sub-agency's Access screen, list visible properties and prepare a change that includes or excludes several properties.
- Read and replace an existing rate plan's source markets. An empty selection removes the restriction; other plans on the property remain separate.
Example: “Include Hotel Sunrise and Marina Hotel for Atlas Travel. Keep the other selections.”

Read · Write
- Read settlement, list virtual card transactions, list pending refunds, list payment dispute status.
- List your payment accounts and read a booking's payments, with a plain sentence for every state the bank has not settled.
- Refund a payment, capture a hold or release it, each after you approve the card.
- List, create, send and cancel a booking's payment links. The link address to copy is shown only to users allowed to take payments.
- Send a card guarantee link for a booking that waits for the guest's card. The AI Operator never sees the card.
- Record a payment taken outside Console, after you approve a card that names the amount, the terminal or account and the reference.
- Prepare a reconciliation report.

Choosing the model
The AI Operator settings show the reasoning models available to your organization, with each model's list price per one million tokens. One model must be selected. Changing that selection takes effect on the next request; there is nothing to restart.
AI Operator usage is included in your existing subscription at no additional charge. Each organization receives 2,000,000 usage units per UTC day and 60,000,000 usage units per UTC month. Usage units follow real consumption, so the same request on a lower-cost model uses fewer units. The Usage and packs tab on the settings page shows what your organization used today and this month, what remains, the reset times in your local time, and the token counts behind the units.
When an allowance runs out, an administrator of your organization can buy a token pack on the same tab. The confirmation shows the number of usage units, the final price in USD, and the validity date. The pack is ready at once, is used only after the included allowance is exhausted, and stays valid until the end of the calendar month (UTC). Its price is added to your monthly accrual statement, and units not used by month end lapse without refund.
No automatic overage. Usage beyond your allowances happens only through a token pack that an administrator confirms. Users without the purchase permission see a prompt to ask their administrator.
Included usage and a selected model are required. If the settings page says that included usage is not configured, contact your platform administrator. AI Operator requests remain unavailable until the configuration is repaired.
