Own branding

Own branding puts an Organization's own name, logo and address on the Console its team signs into. It covers the sign-in entry, the browser tab, the product name inside the Console, and the name your team sees for Adrasis AI Operator. Data, users, rates and settings behind the sign-in are unchanged.

Two kinds of address are available: a label on the Adrasis domain, which is live the moment you save it, or a domain you own, which needs two DNS records.

The starting point is already neutral. A Console with nothing filled in shows plain functional wording rather than Adrasis wording. Each setting below replaces a neutral term with yours, and a setting left blank keeps the neutral term instead of falling back to ours.

What you set

Three groups, matching the three sections of the branding screen. Each group saves on its own.

Brand identity

SettingWhat it does
Vanity addressA label on the Adrasis domain. Pick sunrisetravel and your team reaches the Console at sunrisetravel.adrasis.com. Format and availability are checked as you type, and reserved or taken labels are refused with a reason.
Your own domainA subdomain you control, such as console.sunrisetravel.com. You publish two DNS records and the certificate is issued and renewed for you. Up to five per Organization.
Display nameThe brand name shown on the sign-in screen.
Product nameWhat you call this Console. Used in the browser tab and in page headers. Left blank, your display name applies.
AI operator nameWhat your team calls the AI Operator in the menu and in chat.
Login logoYour logo on the sign-in screen.
FaviconYour icon in the browser tab.
SettingWhat it does
Support addressWhere replies land when the Console sends a message on your behalf.
Legal entityThe company your own terms and privacy documents are issued under. Recorded with the rest of your branding.
Terms of service linkAn address on your own site. Shown in place of the Adrasis link.
Privacy policy linkThe same, for your privacy document.

A blank link behaves differently depending on where it appears. On the sign-in screen, a link you have not filled in is hidden: nobody is agreeing to anything there. Where a user is asked to accept something, such as an invitation, the Adrasis document is shown instead, so there is always a document to read before consent is recorded.

Sign-in screen

SettingWhat it does
Sign-in headlineThe heading beside the sign-in form.
Sign-in descriptionThe line under it.

Left blank, both fall back to neutral wording in the reader's own language.

How you set it up

  1. Choose an address

Type a vanity label and see the resulting URL previewed, or add a subdomain you own and publish the two DNS records shown. A vanity label is live on save; an owned domain goes live once the records resolve and the certificate is issued.

  2. Add your names and images

Display name, product name, the name for the AI Operator, your login logo and your favicon. You see a preview before saving.

  3. Point users at your own contact and documents

Support address, and links to your own terms and privacy documents.

Where your brand appears

SurfaceWhat it shows
Sign-in screenYour logo, your display name, and your headline and description.
Browser tabYour product name and your favicon.
Inside the ConsoleYour product name in page headers, and your name for the AI Operator in the menu and in chat.
Replies sent by emailWhen the Console answers an incoming message, it goes out under your product name and replies reach your support address.

The branded sign-in is presentation, not access control. Anyone can still sign in from any address and lands in their own Organization. Your address sets what a visitor sees, not who can get in.

An address nobody has set up shows no Console. A label on the Adrasis domain that no Organization uses leads to the Adrasis website. Your own domain without a live setup shows This address is not in use, so a visitor never sees another company's sign-in there. Search engines are asked not to list either page.

What stays with Adrasis

  • Terms of service, privacy policy and notification consent. These govern your agreement with Adrasis and name Adrasis, because that is the party you contracted with. Your own links are shown wherever you have provided them; the agreement behind them is unchanged.
  • The address notifications are sent from. User invitations, password resets and similar notifications are sent under the Adrasis name today. The reply address you set applies to the replies described above.
  • Self-service signup, which is open on the Adrasis address only. On your address, people join by invitation.

What it does not do

  • It does not re-theme the Console interior. Colours, fonts and the sidebar are the standard Console; own branding is the identity, not a full theme.
  • It is not a customer-facing storefront. This is the Console your own team signs into.
