Contracts & setup

Contracts & setup

Contracts define which products you buy, the parties involved and the terms of sale. Setup prepares property, supplier or organization information. For example, add a new hotel's rooms, prices and cancellation terms, then sign the required agreements.

In this section

  • Contracts, multi-supplier contracts, allotments, markups, cancellation policies, the commercial layer underneath rate plans.
  • Setup flow, the operator-side walkthrough for adding a new property or supplier from scratch.
  • E-signature, how contracts get signed, tracked, and stored.

What contracts are for

Every rate plan you sell exists because of a contract. The contract defines:

  • Who you transact with, the supplier (a property, a chain, a accommodation wholesaler) or the partner (a B2B partner agency, a distribution channel).
  • What inventory the contract covers, which properties, which rooms, which dates, which markets.
  • What pricing applies, net rate or commission model, currency, allotments, release periods.
  • What policies travel with it, cancellation, no-show, child policy, payment terms.
  • How long it runs, validity period, renewal terms, termination notice.

Rate plans, distribution rules, payment flows, all read from the contract layer. When a contract changes, the rest of the platform follows.

What setup is for

Setup turns a new commercial relationship into a working part of your catalog:

  • A new property you operate or contract directly. The setup flow takes you from "we have a deal" to "the property is live, distributable, bookable".
  • A new supplier whose inventory you resell. Setup includes catalog import, mapping, contract terms and payment reconciliation.
  • A new organization in your group. Setup includes users, branding and default rules. Each organization has its own account.

The Console provides screens for each setup type. Define the commercial relationship and required information, sign the agreements and complete the checks required before selling.
