Property amenities and room features

A property amenity is a shared facility, such as the hotel's pool or parking. A room feature describes a particular room, such as its balcony or sea view. A hotel offering balcony rooms does not mean every room has a balcony.

Do not leave capacity only in the description. Check adult and child limits in the capacity fields too. Search results and booking checks use those details.

Prepare room details

  1. Choose the room from the hotel's catalog

A new room opens from a room of the hotel's catalog: pick it, and its name, capacity and size fill in. A room the property already has is listed with a link to it. When the room you sell is not listed, ask the platform team to add it; your request and its answer stay under the list, and the room appears in the list once it is added. Then select the room type you sell and check adult, child and bed details.

  2. Add features and images

Select features this room actually offers. Do not use photos of a different room type.

  3. Check the price and source connection

Review the room's rate plan and included meal plan. Check Included occupancy on the room: left empty, it is two adults or the room’s lower adult limit. Changing it moves no saved price; the next room price you type is saved for the new count. See Price entry before changing it. If you receive supplier information, check that its room code is mapped correctly.

After a capacity change

Saving a change to an existing room's capacity also checks which guest combinations its prices can cover. If any combinations cannot be sold, the page stays open and lists the affected rate plans. Open the relevant pricing settings and supply the missing prices or rules.

For example, raising a room's adult limit from two to three does not create a three-adult price. The capacity change is saved, but that party needs a price before the room can be sold to it. A notice that cannot load is not proof that every party is priced.

A feature can have different names in different languages. Sea view in English and Deniz manzarası in Turkish are two translated names for one feature.

A room's name is translated automatically into every language guests read, so Deniz Manzaralı Oda also reaches an English-speaking guest as Sea View Room. When you rename the room, its translations follow. Rate plan and cancellation policy names work the same way; see Rate plans.
